Terms & Conditions:
- A non refundable deposit of 20% is required for all reservations.
Deposits are made by credit card (Visa / MasterCard) at time of reservation.
For guests without Credit cards, please contact us for deposit details.
- Balance is due 45 days before check in. Balance can be paid by Credit
Card (Visa / MasterCard) or by wire transfer. Reservations may be cancelled
if the Balance is not paid by the due date.
- If check is within 45 days of reservation then the full amount must be
paid at time of reservation.
- Once deposits are paid they are non refundable. We advise
guests to take our sufficient travel insurance to cover cancellation fees.
Refunds are not made for missed connections or early departure.
- Cancellation Fees:
- 45 or more days before check in:
20% of
accommodation charge (loss of deposit)
- Less than 45 days, More than 21 days before check in:
35% of
accommodation charge
- Less than 22 days, More than 7 days before check in:
50% of
accommodation charge
- Less than 8 days, More than 3 days before check in:
75% of
accommodation charge
- Less than 4 days before check in:
100% of accommodation charge
- Hakuba Resort Investments KK reserves the right to cancel reservations,
evict guests and seek damages in the following circumstances:
- If Hakuba Resort Investments KK has reasonable cause to believe that
guests may transmit communicable disease to other guests.
- If Hakuba Resort Investments KK has reasonable cause to believe that guests are
engaging in actions that may bring the property into disrepute.
- If
guests engage in activities that are illegal under the laws of Japan.
- If the guests behave in such a manner as to interfere with the smooth
running of the property, or create trouble for other guests at the property.
- If guests cause damage to the property.
- While Hakuba Resort Investments KK make every effort to
ensure the accuracy of this website, Hakuba Resort Investments
KK accepts no liability for errors or inaccuracies on this site.
- Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such usage are
subject to the laws of Japan only.
